Chapter 1: General Provisions

Article 1: Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the conditions and procedures for using all services provided by Dataeons, as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and the company.

Article 2: Effect and Amendment of Terms

  1. These Terms shall take effect upon notification to users.
  2. The company may amend these Terms as necessary, and any amendments shall take effect upon notification in the same manner.

Article 3: Supplementary Rules

Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws and regulations.

Chapter 2: Membership Registration and Service Use

Article 1: Definition of Member

A member refers to an individual who has been approved by the company, agreed to these Terms, completed the membership registration form, and been assigned a unique ID and password.

Article 2: Membership Registration

  1. Membership registration is established at the time the company approves the application.
  2. Applicants must provide personal information upon registration.
  3. After approval, the company will notify the user of their assigned ID and related information.
  4. Only one ID may be issued per individual.
  5. Membership registration may be refused in the following cases:
    • Use of another person's identity
    • Registration under a false or non-real name
    • Provision of false information
    • Application for purposes that violate public order or morality

Article 3: Service Availability and Restrictions

  1. The service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in principle.
  2. Service availability may be restricted when necessary, with prior notice provided.
  3. Online support may not be available 24 hours a day depending on staff availability.

Article 4: Service Fees

  1. All members may use the service free of charge.
  2. Prior notice will be given if the service transitions to a paid model.

Chapter 3: Withdrawal, Re-registration, and Service Restrictions

Article 1: Withdrawal

  1. Members wishing to withdraw must submit a request via email.
  2. For identity verification, members must provide their name, resident registration number, user ID, phone number, and reason for withdrawal.
  3. Withdrawal is considered complete when the existing ID and password can no longer be used to log in.

Article 2: Re-registration

  1. Re-registration must be requested via email.
  2. Users must provide identity verification information.
  3. Re-registration is considered complete when the existing ID and password can again be used to log in.

Article 3: Service Restrictions

The company may restrict a member's access to the service without prior notice if the member engages in any of the following:
  • Acts contrary to public order or morality
  • Acts related to criminal activity
  • Acts that harm national interests or public welfare
  • Unauthorized use of another person's ID or password
  • Acts that damage the reputation or interests of others
  • Duplicate registration by the same individual
  • Acts that interfere with service operations
  • Any other violation of applicable laws or these Terms
